Bill felt the need to go a bit smaller. Forstner bit was used to hollow the body. Niel was jealous. HAHA

Bill uses a scew to get the body shaped.

Satified with the shape Bill drills a Wood for the roof being rounded.
1/4" entry hole then a 1/8" hole for the perch.

Tennon is made to fit the body opening. Bill is checking the fit. Looks good.

Shaping the roof. Rough turned roof will be parted and rechucked.

Final detail on the roof. Here Bill is drilling a small hole where the hanger is to be mounted.

Glue the pieces together. Use a small clamp until the glue is dry. This is the demo house.
