Kim Blatt Demonstration
 

Our Demostrator for the month was Kim Blatt from Fleetwood PA.

He showed us the ease of making a hollow form using a laser guide.

Enlarging drilled opening with Stewart armbrace tool. Hollowing being completed with Stewart tool, wall thickness aprox 1/2/inch

 

Jamieson tool setup with laser attachment for final reduction of wall thickness to

about 3/16 inch. After hollowing is completed, form is reversed and

remounted using Kirsten Cone jam chuck to finish the bottom.
